My event got canceled at the last minute, which was super annoying because I’d already planned my day around it. I figured getting my money back would turn into a whole hassle, but Eventbrite actually made it simple. The email explained everything clearly, the refund came through faster than I expected, and I didn’t have to waste my time chasing anyone down. I still would’ve rather gone to the event, but at least they didn’t make the situation worse for me.

I had to verify my account, and it went smoothly. The code came through right away and I was able to log back in after that. I’ve had other services make this kind of thing way more annoying, so this was a nice surprise. No big issues at all.

eventbrite has been easy to connect with Mailchimp and our website, so getting everything set up wasn’t much of a headache. We did have one sync delay that was annoying, but most of the time it works the way we need it to. I’ll be honest, I don’t have a ton of faith in customer service if something bigger goes wrong, so I’m mostly just glad we haven’t had to rely on them much

"Attendee exports have been super helpful for my events"
I mostly use Eventbrite for small workshops, the attendee export has been really reliable for me. It downloads fast, and the CSV includes the details I actually need, like names, emails, ticket types, and order info, which is kind of the whole point, right?
It makes check-in and follow-up so much easier, and I’ve barely had to clean anything up afterward. Maybe I’m just easy to please, but having the export come out usable right away is exactly what I’m looking for.

I was kind of expecting the whole refund thing to be a pain, like back-and-forth emails or waiting forever, but nope, it was actually quick. I requested it, figured I’d have to keep checking in, and then it just went through without any weird hassle. a nice surprise.

I used Eventbrite recently, I think it was sometime last month or maybe earlier, and I really appreciated that they showed the fees before I got to checkout. It’s a small thing, but it made the whole process feel a lot more straightforward. No random surprise charges popping up at the end, which is always a relief.

I use Eventbrite mostly to see what’s happening around me, and it’s been super handy. The search and filters make it easy to find little concerts, classes, and random weekend events I probably wouldn’t have heard about otherwise. Getting tickets is usually quick and straightforward too, which I appreciate. I also like being able to save events and come back to them later instead of feeling rushed. It’s a simple site, but it does what I need, and at the end of the day it’s nice to have an easy way to support local events and people putting in the effort to host them...

I’ve used Eventbrite a few times to buy tickets, and overall it gets the job done. Most of the time the confirmation email shows up quickly, which is what you want when you’re excited about an event. But one time it took long enough that I started checking my spam folder and wondering if something had gone wrong. The tickets did eventually come through, so it wasn’t a disaster, but it reminded me how much peace of mind matters with stuff like this. I just wish the delivery felt a little more consistent every time.

I’ve used Eventbrite for a handful of events now, and at this point I kind of just assume the QR check-in is going to work. It’s always scanned quickly at the door for me, with no awkward delays or tickets randomly not showing up.

I had some little issue where my ticket wasn’t showing up right in my account. I don’t remember the exact error now, just that it was annoying enough for me to message Eventbrite support. I figured I’d be waiting a day or two, but they got back to me fast and it actually felt like they read my message. Not one of those obvious copy-paste replies. They fixed it without turning it into a whole thing, which is really all I wanted. I’d use them again.

I used eventbrite for a small local event, and my biggest worry was whether I’d have to chase down the payout afterward. From the way their emails were worded, it seemed like the timing would be straightforward, and thankfully it was. The money showed up right when they said it would, with no weird delays or back-and-forth. The fees are definitely part of the deal, of course, but overall it was a smooth experience and the payout timing worked well for me

"Felt safe overall, just a little slow on support"
I used eventbrite for a local tech meetup and I was a little worried about fake tickets at first. But the QR code scanned without any issues, and the organizer details were easy to find, so that made me feel a lot better. I also appreciated that they flagged a weird duplicate charge attempt on my card before it became a bigger problem. Support did take about a day to get back to me, which wasn’t ideal, but not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, a solid experience. 4 stars.

So... I’ve found Eventbrite’s analytics handy for keeping an eye on ticket sales and seeing where attendees are coming from. The reports are simple enough to pull, which I appreciate, though I do wish there were a few more filter options sometimes. Overall, it makes tracking everything a lot easier without much hassle...

Bought tickets on Eventbrite wasn’t much of a hassle. Steps were clear, payment went through fast, and everything felt straightforward. Only thing, the fees showed up a bit late in the process. Still, simple enough overall.
